The
law regarding smoking shelters requires that at least
50% of the unit is open sided. [Gutter systems are also
provided as an extra]
Roofs
are formed from profiled steel which one tenth of the
weight of cement or clay tiles. The steel roofing is
profiled to replicate tiles and are available in a range
of colours.
Elan
Pavilions are designed to provide a comfortable and
pleasant space where customers can enjoy a drink and
a cigarette. They will also afford an alfresco eating
space.
The
Casita is the junior member of the family and measures
3 x 4 metres. This compact unit, while taking up comparatively
little space gives a substantial seating area.
The
Rondo is a hexagonal construction with a diameter of
4.92 metres at floor level. This extremely attractive
unit would add considerable character to any garden
area.
The
Grande is the big one. Measuring 5.2 x 4,5 metres, this
gives as much space as a small function room and can
accommodate a flat screen television if required. All
units can be supplied with heating if required.
The price includes timber floor, roof framing and profiled
steel tiles, corner posts and balustrades with timber
panels as required. Also included are delivery to site
and erection by our skilled staff. All units are guaranteed
for 36 months.
The
price does not include concrete bases which must be
